Project Description
We are supporting the League Against Cruel Sports (LACS) anti-Bullfighting Ethical Travel campaign as we believe that although many British tourists would never attend a bullfight others are not aware of the cruel reality of bullfights and see one by chance or because their hotel/local contacts recommend a visit. LACS believe that it is not enough to ask supporters simply to boycott something; they have to offer a positive alternative. They therefore want to develop alternative cultural tours that celebrate the ethical side of Spain under a slogan along the lines of “Love Travel, hate bullfighting”
Important parts of the campaign include the commission of a poll to ascertain the percentage of British tourists who would attend/ have attended a bullfight whilst on holiday. That will allow LACS to tailor the campaign messages correctly.
